Ignacio Silva Santa Cruz

Head of the Emerging Technologies Division at the Ministry of Science, Technology, Knowledge and Innovation of Chile. He holds a degree in Psychology from Universidad Diego Portales, a Diploma in Public Policy and Public Health from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, and an MSc in Global Health and Development from University College London (UCL).
